Maintenance instructions
General maintenance :
Use a pillow protector.
Remove stains where possible.
Dry on a low setting in the dryer to freshen up the down.
Shake daily and air regularly.
It is recommended to have the pillow cleaned by a professional dry cleaner for luxury products.
Do not iron.
To wash
Do not overload the washing machine.
Wash at 40ºC / 105ºF.
Use a mild detergent.
Do not use bleach.
Spin speed - use the highest setting to remove as much moisture as possible.
To rinse :
add an extra rinse cycle to ensure that all soap residue is removed.
Drying :
Temperature (warm or low) - please note that the fabric may shrink slightly at higher temperatures.
Drying time :
Be patient, it may take multiple drying cycles depending on your machine, and it is important that your pillows are completely dry.
Lumps or odor :
These are signs that your pillow is not yet dry. You want it to
