'Giza' refers to the region along the majestic
Nile where these exclusive cotton flowers
are traditionally grown. The climate is perfect for
the growth of this noble plant. The green delta of the Nile
ensures natural irrigation of the cotton fields.

Giza 45 cotton is a 'grand cru' among cotton plants.

The cotton flowers are picked by hand with great care to
to respect the delicate flowers. The fibers are the longest,
finest, but also the strongest; they approach perfection:
This results in bedding with a smooth, silky touch and high durability.

The longer the fiber, the smaller the diameter, the finer
the yarn that can be spun: resulting in super-strong fabrics with an extremely high thread count,
TC 1400 (350 TC 4Ply) in Amanda's case.

MACHINE WASH :

Sort your household linens by fiber (cotton, linen, silk, wool), color (white, light colors), and item type (sheets, towels, tablecloths).
Do not add garments with parts that can damage fabrics (zippers, hooks, metal parts). Ensure that the items are unfolded when loading the machine.
Preferably start with a pre-soaking in cold water and a little detergent.

TEMPERATURE :

Bed linen – wash in hot water max. 60°C / 140°F with a mild, liquid biodegradable detergent. Delicate fabrics – cold water 30°C / 85°F, cold final rinse, pre-soak.
Use maximum temperatures only for the hardest-to-clean items: White 50/60°C - 120/140°F
Colored 30/40°C - 85/105°F
Delicate items with lace and embroidery must be packed in a large, thin mesh bag.

LAUNDRY DETERGENT :

Use a mild liquid biodegradable detergent without added bleach or whitening agents.
Avoid washing powder or detergents containing alkali, and ensure that the detergent is completely dissolved before the water touches the fabric.

DRYING :
Never use high temperatures when machine drying. Do not place colored items in direct sunlight.
Do not dry longer than necessary.

TO SMOOTHE :

Use a steam iron on a warm/hot setting for cotton.
Use a hot setting for linen and a spray bottle if necessary.
Iron embroidered linen on the reverse side while it is damp for best results.

CHEMICAL CLEANING :
Luxury fibers, such as silk, wool, and cashmere, are best cleaned professionally.

STORE LINEN :

Folded flat in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Linen should be stored for long periods in plastic bags and boxes, as natural fibers need to breathe.
Ensure that stored linen is not exposed to direct sunlight, as this can cause permanent yellowing.
