Our 12 steps.
1. KNITTING: The weaving of the sock.
2. CONNECT: Close the toe manually.
3. REFINISHING: Inspection and any manual adjustments.
4. WASHING: Dry cleaning. Some socks are washed in a wet washing machine for quality control.
5. IRONING: Iron by hand onto a template.
6. PARTNERSHIP: Custom manual partnership.
7. PAPER FEED: Manually place white or black tissue paper in each sock.
8. DRAWSTRING: Manually remove the processing threads.
9. BOW: Manually applying our trademark, a colored thread, different for each size, that connects the socks together.
10. CONNECTION: Each pair of socks is connected with a personalized cardboard connector.
11. STICKER: Each sock is personalized with a printed logo.
12. PACKAGING: The socks are wrapped in personalized tissue paper and placed in an organic cotton dust bag.

INTERESTING FACT
Each pair of socks is hand-finished with a colorful bow at the toe. Each color corresponds to a specific size, which has the advantage that the socks stay together without damaging the fabric and that the bow can be easily removed without scissors. It is our trademark!
